Crown Foods offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Products are sold at bag weight value specified on each product page. Piece count of sold products can vary and these counts are only an approximate count.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS
Our products are available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine to be inappropriate.
You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

SECTION 7 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 8 – SPECIAL OFFERS 

From time to time we may offer to new and/or existing customers special offers in our website. Some introductory offers will only be available to new customers who are not yet registered/ordered previously with Crown Foods. Each order only allows one discount code to be applied and the same discount code can only be used once. They shall not be copied, distributed, reproduced of published in any form. All codes redemptions will only be completed at Crown Foods website checkout. Discount codes may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion. 

In regards to friend referral discount codes, we recommend our customers to share their referral link with as many friends as possible. These codes can only be used once, and only one discount can be applied per order. 

In case of a competition or prize give away, all claims must be submitted and requested by the winning party within three months of original notification via email. These cannot be exchanged for cash and if any abuse or violation of the competition rules is suspected we reserve the right to withdraw a prize. 

SECTION 9 – ORDERS, DELVIERY & CONTACT

Orders are processed and the packaging process starts right away. Packing process involves confirming stock availability, printing labels, packing orders and confirming courier collection. For any changes to a processed order please contact us at claire@crownfoods.co.uk, we will do everything possible to be able to assist you with last-minute changes. If the transaction has been processed then we will not be able to amend the order. An additional order with the correct items will need to be placed. 

Delivery is Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

You do need to be in to accept your frozen food delivery, no frozen items will be left without being physically accepted. Any redeliveries of orders can be arranged, there will a redelivery charge for this service. 

Any deliveries of fresh or store cupboard items will be left at your own risk with your agreement.

You will be notified by Crown Foods prior to your delivery day to make sure that you will be in. You will be given a time frame that we will try and deliver within but delivery times may be extended in some circumstances but we will always try and keep you updated. 

We always try to deliver your order within 3 days of receiving your order but if we have a large demand for particular products the delivery might be extended but you will always be notified.

Delivery dates may be extended if we are unable to get in contact with you and may impact on delivery within 3 days.

Products are sold at bag weight value specified on the product pages and the piece count can vary and is only an approximate count.

Please get in touch if you have specific allergies and you need to see a full ingredient list.

Our home delivery service means we can deliver direct to your door. If you are within the immediate area your delivery will be included, if you are further afield we can still deliver but it will incur a delivery fee.

SECTION 10 – REFUND 

If you are unhappy with any products, please write and return all packaging to Customer Services, Crown Foods Ltd, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9AP and also drop us an email at claire@crownfoods.co.uk

Refunds will only be issued for products where there is deemed to be an issue and this will not down to individual taste and flavour of an item as this is all individual. Please allow 5-10 working days for this to reach your bank account.
